These terms and conditions ("Product Terms and Conditions") apply to all transactions concluded with you, the customer, via the JJB Online Store (the "Website") Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for your future reference. By using the Website you accept and agree to be bound by the Product Terms and Conditions and the Web Site Terms and Conditions which together shall constitute the entire agreement between you and JJB Sports plc ("JJB Sports").
If you do not agree to the Product Terms and Conditions or the Web Site Terms and Conditions you should leave the Website.
JJB Sports reserves the right to alter or amend the Product Terms and Conditions at any time without notification to you. Specifically JJB Sports can amend, discontinue or remove content displayed on the Website, including product and service information or specification on the Website, without liability

You are entitled to view the Website and to print pages of the Website for the sole purpose of placing an order with JJB Sports. However, any copying or downloading from the Website without written permission from JJB Sports is strictly prohibited and will be deemed an infringement of copyright.

Under 18 website users
If you are under 18 years of age you must gain parental/guardian approval to submit data, receive updates or purchase goods online. You are still bound by these Product Terms and Conditions and use of the Website will be taken as acceptance of these Product Terms and Conditions.
You acknowledge that the Website and any goods that you obtain from the Website are provided for your personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purposes or distributed commercially without JJB Sports' permission.

Orders
JJB Sports will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order ("Advice Note"). Receipt of your credit or debit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order takes place upon despatch of the goods to you at which point the purchase contract is made. We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason whatsoever and to refuse bulk orders. If we do so a member of our customer services team will contact you and will refund in full any charges which have been incurred.

Prices
Goods are invoiced in pounds (£) sterling at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Prices are expressed inclusive of Value Added Tax ("VAT") which will be charged at the current rate as shown on the on-line order form and are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added to the price of the goods purchased so that the on-line order form shows the total charges which we will debit.
The prices indicated apply only to on-line purchases and are not indicative of the price of identical goods purchased at our retail stores or by any other means.
We reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and to end any promotions at any time. We reserve the right to add or withdraw any item at any time. JJB Sports try to ensure that all prices displayed are correct and within the company's pricing structure. In the event that an incorrect price is advertised, we shall amend such price upon notification. We are under no obligation to supply any product that is priced incorrectly.

Delivery Services and Returns
Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to your nominated delivery address, whereupon the risk of loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of the goods does not pass to you until payment is received in full by JJB Sports.
Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. You will be notified of this when you place your order. Deliveries to Northern Ireland may need to wait an extra day to receive their order.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. The standard service is delivery within 48 hours of dispatching the order.
JJB Sport’s returns policy is that if a customer returns goods in an unused/unworn condition, with the original delivery docket (as proof of purchase) and the original packaging within 28 days of the original purchase date, JJB Sports will offer either a refund or exchange for the goods purchased. If goods are returned after the 28 day period, after inspection of the goods JJB Sports will offer an exchange only. If no valid reason is found for exchanging/replacing the goods JJB Sports will return them to the purchaser. If a customer’s preference is to return goods to their local JJB store this is acceptable provided that all the rules stated above are adhered to and you take the order confirmation e-mail with you which details the price which was paid for the goods when purchased. Please note that refunds processed in JJB stores must be made to a credit or debit card in the name of the returnee. Cash refunds cannot be given.

When returning any products you are required to also return any additional products you received as part of an offer for buying a certain product online. When returning goods that have separate parts, you are required to return all the parts that were sent with the product.

www.jjbgolf.co.uk offer free STANDARD delivery for all orders valued at £50.
All items are subject to stock availability. If for any reason the goods are no longer available we will notify you immediately and either:
When we deliver your items you will be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. All deliveries will require signed proof of delivery. Goods can be left at the delivery address with someone other than the purchaser as long as a signature and printed name is signed by the receiver. Goods will only be left with a neighbour if prior arrangement has been made with the carrier by phoning 01772 456925. If the carrier is unable to deliver the goods they will be held by the carrier and a card left stating that a delivery was attempted. No goods will be left in sheds, garages, gardens or outhouses. A member of the UPS Customer Services staff will contact the customer to make alternative delivery arrangements. Re-delivery will be attempted for a maximum of two occasions. If a parcel is still undelivered it will be returned to the Sports Fulfilment Centre and the customer will be notified of its return. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return.
At JJB Sports we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. All goods are warranted to be generally free from defects in workmanship and materials and fit for the purposes for which such goods would normally be used. However, on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty or defective and in keeping with our commitment to providing customers with excellent service, we offer the returns facility set out below. We cannot, however, provide any guarantee as regards the strings in any of the racquets that we stock.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer. JJB Sports will only cover the cost of faulty or damaged returned goods.
If an item is faulty please contact us at onlineenquiries@jjbsports.com and we will arrange an appropriate remedy. This facility is open during normal office hours Monday to Friday only. Instructions for customers wishing to return goods will appear on each Advice Note. Any customer seeking a refund for postage and packing or not wishing to pay for the return of faulty or damaged goods will need to contact onlineenquiries@jjbsports.com. Carriage costs will be displayed at the checkout prior to paying for the goods.

Terms and conditions in relation to golf products
JJB Sports is committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service to our customers. It is your responsibility to check that your order is delivered in a satisfactory condition. If you purchase golf products on line from JJB sports, which proves unsuitable, or with which you are not satisfied it may be returned for repair, refund (on the purchase price), credit or exchange within 28 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:

The product is returned to one of the listed JJB golf stores (Use the JJB Store Locator to find a JJB Golf store within your area within 28 days of you taking delivery of the product. You are advised to contact the chosen JJB Golf store prior to returning the stock if you wish to exchange it for an identical product. The store's golf staff will be able to advise whether a replacement product is in stock.

It is returned in its original and unused condition along with the delivery advice note as proof of purchase, in order to secure a refund.

Items returned are received in a re-saleable condition where applicable.

Items are returned complete with packaging and in good condition.

Purchasers who are unable or unwilling to take returns to a JJB golf store please contact onlineenquiries@jjbsports.com to arrange return of the golf product to the JJB online store. Please note there will a cost attached to postage for returning the products. Whether the cost of this return is refunded is entirely at the discretion of JJB Sports.

A refund or a replacement for the product will only be given when the product is in the possession of JJB Sports either in the JJB store to which it was returned or at the JJB online returns depot.

A decision on whether the product needs to be replaced or credited is entirely at the discretion of the Store Manager.

If after inspection your product is deemed to be faulty JJB will endeavour to organise a replacement or refund the purchase amount within 14 days of the return.

We regret that failure to return products within 28 days of delivery may result in JJB Sports being unable to process your claim.

Credit Card Payments
We are unable to accept credit [or debit] cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained by JJB Sports.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable to you or any third party for any:

loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and/or loss of data; and/or

any other loss or damage which does not result directly from the actions of JJB Sports, its sub-contractors or agents;
and which arises out of or is related to your purchase of goods via the Website.
In any event our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the goods purchased. Nothing in these Product Terms and Conditions excludes our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence. These Purchase Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or otherwise.
