Delivery Options
Depending upon what you have ordered, your order may arrive in more than one delivery. However, you will only pay one delivery charge for the whole of the order. Please look in the My Account section of the website to check whether your order has been despatched. If at any time you believe your package may have been lost whilst in transit please contact onlineenquiries@jjbsports.com or telephone the UPS helpline on 01772 456925. Please note that all customers reporting a missing delivery or claiming a part of their delivery to be missing must do so by contacting onlineenquiries@jjbsports.com or phoning the UPS helpline (01772 456925) within 14 days of the expected delivery date. All claims for missing or short deliveries made after this 14 day period will be considered invalid.

5. Returns policy
JJB Sport’s returns policy is that if a customer returns goods in an unused/unworn condition, with the original delivery docket (as proof of purchase) and the original packaging within 28 days of the original purchase date, JJB Sports will offer either a refund or exchange for the goods purchased. If goods are returned after the 28 day period, after inspection of the goods JJB Sports will offer an exchange only. If no valid reason is found for exchanging/replacing the goods JJB Sports will return them to the purchaser. If a customer’s preference is to return goods to their local JJB store this is acceptable provided that all the rules stated above are adhered to and you take the order confirmation e-mail with you which details the price which was paid for the goods when purchased. Please note that refunds processed in JJB stores must be made to a credit or debit card in the name of the returnee. Cash refunds cannot be given.

When returning any products you are required to also return any additional products you received as part of an offer for buying a certain product online. When returning goods that have separate parts, you are required to return all the parts that were sent with the product.
